The Tiffany Building
Clad in white enamel brick from the Tiffany Brick Co. in Momence, Illinois, this building has stood vacant for years. The structure, once a thriving part of the neighborhood, is waiting for a second chance to shine.
Now, the Tiffany Building will be restored to its former glory, with its façade revitalized and its interiors re-imagined for modern use. This historic landmark will soon house vibrant retail spaces, local businesses, and community-driven amenities, bringing new energy to the near-west side and reinforcing Detroit’s urban identity.
The Livernois Building
Originally a pharmacy, later a liquor store, then vacant for decades, the Livernois Building stands as a reminder of the area’s untapped potential. The two-story building, with its rich architectural history, had offices upstairs and an empty ground floor that once bustled with activity.
The Livernois Building is being reimagined as a vibrant mixed-use space. The ground floor will welcome new retail shops and businesses, while the upper level will be converted into modern apartments, bringing life and energy back to the corridor. With its blend of historic character and proximity to upcoming projects, the Livernois Building will serve as a cornerstone of the neighborhood’s revitalization.

Wormley & Savage
A pair of auto garages, Wormley & Savage stands as part Detroit’s industrial past. Built at a time when you could drive away with a car for $10 down, these buildings, with their sturdy structures had been left vacant for years.
Now set for a dynamic transformation, Wormley & Savage will be restored into vibrant commercial spaces while preserving their historic charm. These former garages will house unique retail shops, cafés, and creative workspaces, with the potential for additional living spaces. By repurposing these structures, Full.Live is turning forgotten spaces into thriving community hubs, breathing new life into Detroit’s near-west side.
